Health Creation at Work provides excellent individualised support, guidance and health coaching for those who are experiencing acute or chronic health problems. This provides individuals, their families and employers with the benefits of:

The support packages offered to individuals are:

Health Creation Proactive involving six hours of telephone health coaching from a Health Creation Mentor plus an interactive Health Creation Programme for use at home. This is ideal for those who have had heart disease, or who suffer from chronic health problems such as high blood pressure, asthma, bronchitis, arthritis, menstrual problems, digestive problems, allergies, constant tiredness, addictions, anxiety and depression. This package would be an ideal addition to a Flexible Benefits scheme.

Health Creation Cancer Support* involving 6 hours of telephone health coaching plus an interactive Cancer Lifeline Kit for use at home. This is ideal for those who are newly diagnosed with cancer giving them a total resource with all the necessary information, self-help tools and guidance to mount the most comprehensive and positive response to fighting and healing their disease.

Health Creation Carer Support involving six hours of telephone health coaching from a Health Creation Mentor plus an interactive Health Creation Programme for use at home. We also provide a Cancer Carer’s Guide for those caring for people with cancer. This support provides carers with the vital support needed to be both a first class carer and to protect them from burn-out, stress related illness and relationship problems.

* The Cancer Lifeline Kit is currently free to the families of children diagnosed with cancer and can be obtained by calling our helpline on 0845 009 3366.
