Corporate Programme

This is a new and innovative corporate change programme for organisations who wish to promote a positive Health Creation culture at the heart of all their activities. Based on the results of the Corporate Diagnostic Programme, an in-house implementation team, assisted by Health Creation Consultants, will create and implement a Corporate Health Creation Action Plan. This plan will be constructed to deliver real benefits for the health and well-being of the staff, whilst our consultants will ensure that the plan neatly dovetails with existing programmes within the organisation.

Starting with a Health Creation launch event, and followed by a series of awareness raising campaigns, talks and seminars, the action plan will result in healthy changes across the organisation. This will in turn result in happier, healthier and more motivated employees, generating a measurable premium in increased productivity, lowered sickness rates, absenteeism and recruitment costs, improved staff retention and increased profit.

This exciting change programme will provide tangible resources for staff, through which they will feel the genuine care and support of their employer, as well as generating an enhanced reputation for the organisation as a progressive employer of choice in today’s competitive job market.

The Corporate Programme culminates in a final assessment and the winning of the prestigious 'Health Creation Award for Health at Work' - the benchmark in this field for those who have reached the Health Creation standard.

Benefit Analysis and Ongoing Support

Following completion of the Corporate Programme, we work with organisations over time to assess both the health and financial benefits of the programme. Through the analysis of changes to absenteeism rates, staff retention, recruitment costs, productivity, job satisfaction and the bottom line, we are able to calculate accurately the return on the investment made by the organisation. We will also provide ongoing assessment and support for those wishing to build on earlier Health Creation work and to maintain the Health Creation Award standard.

Celebrity chef Jane Sen is Health Creation's healthy eating consultant. Jane has specialised for twelve years in making healthy food really delicious, accessible and attractive, and in 1999 she won the Radio 4 Food Programme’s Award for 'Best Contribution for Healthy Eating'.

Jane and her expert team can provide guidance on how to achieve practical and exciting healthy food in any work environment, with their input ranging from lectures or cookery demonstrations, consultancy days, to the full catering make-over!
