Corporate Diagnostic
The Corporate Diagnostic is designed for organisations that want to protect and promote the health of their staff and accurately shows the employees' perception of the health risks associated with their work. This is particularly useful for management, as it will highlight any workplace issues which are having an adverse effect on the well-being, performance and productivity of their employees and which could become a future risk liability to the organisation. These issues will be addressed in a report along with clear recommendations that will improve the organisation's health culture, the job satisfaction of employees, and ultimately the bottom line.
The Corporate Diagnostic is performed by asking staff to complete a bespoke survey, which demonstrates clearly and quickly the impact of working for an organisation on the health, vitality and well-being of the employees, and the long term risks to an organisation of a poor health strategy.
Prior to performing the survey, Health Creation Consultants will spend time on site discussing the current situation and any existing health initiatives with management, Human Resources and Occupational Health personnel. The whole process will result in invaluable data for the organisation and provide the foundation on which to base a Corporate Health Creation Programme.
The Cromwell Hospital in London adopted the Health Creation at Work programme throughout the organisation following a highly successful pilot.
